We spent a very lovely time here, would definitely recommend to anyone. Fantastic friendly and helpful staff and the place was reasonably clean. We had a triple room and it included central heating, an iron/ironing board, and television.

I enjoyed staying here and will be back. The food was brilliant - plenty of options. Fantastic central location right by the trams and the illuminations, lovely gardens across the road and Gynn Square. Apart from that, a restored Victorian pier was 15 minutes away by driving.

Overall it was spotless, with a private bathroom. The location couldn't be more nice and unbeatable to tower which is walking. The hotel was at the end of the road, as I expected.

Immaculately clean hotel in a lovely building short walk to quiet area within an easy walk to the centre of town, the establishment, and tower which is walking. Incredible and great breakfast, amazing food choice. Magnificent location to Gynn Square tram stop with views of the sea. Not too far from Gynn Square and other tourist attractions.

Everything was great, appreciated our fabulous stay. The location was brilliant for traveling around Blackpool, short walk to the tram line, lovely gardens and Gynn Square tram stop. North Shore district was worth visiting.

There were central heating, an iron/ironing board, and television in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and great and offered a wide range of items. Near a tram station, the location was peaceful and lovely, to the north pier. We had goodies and coffee at Rose's Cafe, it was located near the venue.

The location for Blackpool was perfect, short walk to the tram line, the Promenade, tower which is walking and centre of Blackpool. We stayed in a budget triple room with biscuits etc and TV. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and great and consisted of good meals.

So glad we choose it, it's nice place for staying in Blackpool. Double room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities, everything worked for us. After the arrival, we met owner, who was BEST.
